Our fully-trained Dairy Fresh and UHT operators have strong experienc within the Food / Food Manufacturing / Hospitality industries. They can undertake below tasks and duties:

• Maintain a high standard of safety in the workplace
• Pick and pack at finished production line / warehouse
• Maintain equipment and coordinate services consistently
• Follow the production schedule with space and traffic management
• Pack and repack items when necessary
• Implement corrective actions when production quality is not met
• Follow all cleanliness duties

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good understanding towards HACCP and GMP
• Strong experience within the Food / Food Manufacturing / Hospitality industries
• Flexible to work in different shifts as required – AM and PM shifts available
• Level 1 Food Handling Certificate
• Current driver’s licence
• Have full working rights in Australia

8 Fully-trained Operators Available | 5+ years of Experience in Food Manufacturing 

One Aim workers are reliable and have strong work ethics. They can confidently undertake following tasks and duties:

• Maintain a safe operation of production machinery, including daily set up of machinery and machine calibration as required
• Inspect equipment, perform maintenance and repairs, recommend and follow up on machine adjustments to improve performance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Regular housekeeping of the machine room/factory floor.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• An extraordinary mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• An average of 5+ years’ experience operating food production or similar machinery 
• Roll forming machinery experience
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety rules and procedures and utilize safety equipment

 3 Fully-trained Drivers Available | Forklift certification per OSHA standards | Specialise in Warehouse Transportation

One Aim Forklift drivers recognise that the health and safety of all employees and visitors is of the utmost importance, specially in and around the warehouse.  It is number one priority for our Forklift Drivers. Our drivers are fully-trained in handling forklifts with safety in their minds at all time. They are highly confidently in performing following duties:

• From checking production schedule/shipping order to loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items/equipment from designated areas in the facility
• Transporting goods accurately on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Safely discarding & dumping materials into machine hoppers

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
• Have high school diploma or equivalent
• Have good mathematical aptitude, written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail to prevent injury to others; maintaining a high standard of safety in the workplace.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery, RF scanner gun and keeping all records.

They are fit for:

• Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck
• Frequently lift approx. 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
• Having a good sense of balance
• Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon seasons
