We recognise that the health and safety of all employees and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to the success of our business.  It is our number one priority to ensure that we as a business and our employees (office and site based) are WHS compliant. As such we aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and employees.

Thorough training and induction are a requirement for all employees to eliminate injury and illness within the workplace and ensure all work is to be completed at the highest level of excellence. Through our induction program, all employees are made aware of the safety precautions required for the job they will undertake for our clients.  All protective equipment needed is provided to employees to ensure their safety.

A key focus of our health and safety management system is preventing hazards. We have developed and continually update our framework for health and safety management and a plan for systematic risk assessment and control of hazards, to progressively improve safe behaviours and safe systems of work across the business. These are translated to our client’s workplace when they recruit employees through us.
