One Aim Consultancy was established in 2006, specializing in supply of trained operators and forklift drivers in food manufacturing and warehouse operations. We recognise that the health and safety of all employees and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to the success of our business.  It is our number one priority to ensure that we as a business and our employees (office and site based) are WHS compliant.

We aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and employees. A key focus of our health and safety management system is preventing hazards. We have developed and continually update our framework for health and safety management and a plan for systematic risk assessment and control of hazards, to progressively improve safe behaviours and safe systems of work across the business. These are translated to our client’s workplace when they recruit employees through us.
